Q. How long will it
take for my order to reach me?
A. All orders are delivered from
our local delivery centre and it should arrive at your location
within 7 working days.

the status of my order?
A. You can check on the status
of your order by calling customer service during normal business
hours (9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday except public holiday)

web order number.
Q. Any warranty
on Giabo's products? What should I do if I need more information
on received products?
A. At Giabo we guarantee customer
satisfaction! We provide warranty on our products from 12 to18 months.

Q. How much is
my delivery and handling going to be?
A. For each delivery order over
HK$1,200, delivery will be free of charge. For each delivery order
under HK$1,200, the delivery charge will be HK$150 (Location of
delivery not includes outlying islands)

A. We are very sorry this happened

We always try to offer value for money products
to our customers. Prices reflect our costs at press time; however,
occasionally cost increases force us to raise a price after printing.
You will be charged the price in effect at the time of order entry.
